– Pre-incubation (1 year maximum): from an idea to the business plan

Idea’s value assessment; physical pre-incubation; training: management and specific topics; business idea definition and densification; business model definition and densification; evaluation of the innovation degree; business plan including financial study draft; decision go – no go.

– Incubation (3 years maximum): from the company’s creation to its graduation

Access to funding; company’s constitution; physical incubation; property rights, branding, among others; networking; technology transfer; output strategy.

– Post-incubation or maturation or acceleration (2 years maximum): additional support in special cases

Innovation diagnosis; exports support; physical post-incubation; technology commercialization; clustering; business development.
